Dealing With Constantly Changing Public Safety Challenges- Virtual - 5/11/21

2020 was a year of changing challenges for many communities, including Upper Merion Township. First came COVID, and then demonstrations. Riots, curfews, and a derecho also happened -- all in eight months. Each created a crisis that required local leaders to deploy resources and coordinate public safety efforts with outside agencies and citizen groups. This session will focus on how one township managed this eventful period of time.
