In this session, you will learn how to handle ADA accommodation requests and underlying health conditions during COVID and beyond.
9:00-10:00 - Working in My Pajamas Still Counts/Handling Attendance Issues
This session will help you navigate attendance challenges and the new FFCRA leave laws and how they interplay with existing laws such as the FMLA.
10:15-11:15 - Paying People in a Changing Economy
Learn about ways to address FLSA issues in a virtual workplace.

This will be a Q&A free-for-all.
