This webinar, presented by Samuel Wiser of Salzmann Hughes, will focus on the developing law concerning social media providing a public forum and how that may impact municipalities and elected officials. We will review recent court decisions as well as social media decisions coming out of the Office of Open Records. We will also explore how to deal with unruly members of the public or boards within the confines of the law.
